Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c Butternut Squash Chopped
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. Gather supplies: 1. Precut butternut squash from the walk in fridge 2. Olive oil & salt from the baking rack 3. Full tray pan from large stack near ovens 4. Serving pan from clean dish rack 5. 2 serving spoons from rack near washer/dryer room
  2. Pre heat convection oven to 425
  3. Spread squash on tray, drizzle with oil and salt. Bake 15-30 minutes — watch closely for the squash to become soft with some caramelization
