- Gather supplies: 1. Precut butternut squash from the walk in fridge 2. Olive oil & salt from the baking rack 3. Full tray pan from large stack near ovens 4. Serving pan from clean dish rack 5. 2 serving spoons from rack near washer/dryer room
- Pre heat convection oven to 425
- Spread squash on tray, drizzle with oil and salt. Bake 15-30 minutes -- watch closely for the squash to become soft with some caramelization
