Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Rice milk
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Plain So Delicious Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Raw Chives
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Fresh Dill minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Add lemon juice to rice milk and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Whisk rice milk with remaining ingredients. Taste, add more salt & pepper if desired. For more zing, add a little more lemon. Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes for flavors to develop.
