Method
- Place chocolate, 1/4 teaspoon of canola or coconut oil and dash of salt in a heat proof bowl. Place bowl in a pan that is half filled with hot water. Put on as low of a heat as possible. Stir occasionally. Heat until melted. Turn off heat, but leave bowl in hot water.
- Dip sugar wafers in chocolate. Tap off excess chocolate on side of the bowl. Place wafers on wax or parchment paper.
- If desired, while chocolate is still setting, add sprinkles.
