Method
- Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Quickly pour mixture (before it has had a chance to thicken) into the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add your desired filling (we love low protein cheese and a small amount of crumbled Morning Star Breakfast Strips- be sure to account for additional phe/protein) and let set for another 30 seconds. Gently fold the omelet in half and cook for an additional minute or two.
