Super Fast Gravy

My daughter would pour gravy on top of everything if she could. This recipe is super easy, and very tasty. Hunt down and find Bisto (you can order on Amazon if you do not have a grocery store with a decent British section).

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth preferably Swanson
  • 1 tablespoon Bisto Chicken Flavored Granules
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley minced

Method
 

  1. In a small skillet, melt the butter. Add the broth, bring to a simmer. Add the bits granules, whisking until the gravy is smooth and thick (about 2 minutes). Add fresh parsley.
