Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 cups Large Ripe Avocado 2
  • 1 tablespoon Onion minced
  • 2 teaspoons Raw Chili Peppers seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Tomatoes, raw, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Method
 

  1. Cut each avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the middle. Mash lightly with a fork.
  2. Add onions, peppers, tomato, cilantro, salt and lime juice. Stir with a fork to combine. Serve immediately.
