Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups Tomatoes, raw, diced
  • 1/4 cup Onion minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh serrano chili peppers seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Lime Juice

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, onions, chilies, cilantro, salt and lime juice. Let stand for at least an hour to blend flavors. Can be stored for up to a week in the fridge.
